Privacy Policy

Who we are

Rikoh.gg provides League of Legends coaching, memberships, and live-stream community features. For anything in this policy, contact coaching@rikoh.gg.
This policy covers the rikoh.gg website. Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, and Stripe apply their own privacy policies on their own platforms.

Account data: when you sign in with Discord or Twitch we receive your email address, username, avatar, and the provider's account ID. We never see your passwords.
Coaching data: what you submit when applying — name or alias, Riot ID, region, rank, role, champion pool, focus areas, replay/VOD links, and scheduling preferences.
Order and booking data: what you purchased, when, the amount, booking times, and your timezone.
Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we store only the transaction reference, amount, and status.
Live chat: messages posted in the Twitch channel chat are received and stored so we can display the chat feed on the site and moderate it.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. The cookies we set are strictly required for signing in and keeping your session.

To deliver what you bought: coaching reviews, live session scheduling, membership perks, Discord roles, and your dashboard.
To operate the community: displaying chat, moderating hate and spam (including automated review of publicly posted chat messages), and enforcing the 18+ rule and our terms.
To handle payments, receipts, refunds where applicable, and to defend against payment disputes with order and delivery records.
To send transactional messages about your orders and bookings. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
We never sell your personal data.

Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database hosting), Mux (video delivery), Discord and Twitch (sign-in and community features), and Anthropic (automated moderation review of public chat messages).
Each processor receives only what it needs to perform its role, and processes it under its own data-processing terms.
Some processors are located outside the EU/EEA; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards provided by those processors.

Account and profile data: for as long as your account exists.
Order, booking, and payment records: as long as required for accounting, tax, and dispute-defense obligations.
Coaching materials (replays, reports, session notes): for the life of the service so you can revisit your reports, unless you ask us to delete them.
Chat logs: retained for moderation and safety purposes.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask for a copy of it, or object to processing by emailing coaching@rikoh.gg. We respond within the timelines required by law.
Deleting your account data does not remove records we are legally required to keep (for example payment and tax records).
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Rikoh.gg is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 — any account found to be underage is removed.

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
