Rikoh.gg, its coaching services, memberships, and the community Discord are strictly for adults aged 18 or older.
By purchasing, subscribing, joining the Discord, or using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We take this seriously: anyone found to be underage is removed and banned from the site, coaching, and the Discord immediately — with no refund of any purchases, to the extent permitted by law.
Coaching purchases
Coaching purchases are paid service bookings. By submitting a coaching request or completing payment, you agree that the order is final once payment is made.
VOD Review includes one YouTube VOD or replay link. Delivery is within 72 hours after payment and all required information are received.
Live Replay Review covers one Discord replay review call of up to 60 minutes for one submitted YouTube VOD or replay link. Sessions are booked through the site's scheduler, and the booked slot is held once confirmed.
Flexible-time sessions are priced at 2x the standard rate and unlock times outside the standard coaching hours. They follow every other term on this page, including the conduct and refund policies.
Unless the Private session add-on is purchased, Rikoh.gg may record, stream, edit, publish, and reuse coaching session footage, gameplay, voice/audio, chat, and coaching commentary for Twitch, YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, social media, website, educational, and promotional content.
The only way to make a coaching session truly private is to purchase the Private session add-on.
If the Private session add-on is purchased, Rikoh.gg will not stream, publish, post to the website, clip, or otherwise use that session as public content. Private sessions may still require internal notes, support records, payment records, and limited administrative review.
Conduct — zero tolerance
Coaching is a professional service. Any toxicity, disrespect, insults, harassment, slurs, threats, sexual remarks, mockery of the coach or other players, references to the coach's personal life or past intended to provoke, trolling, deliberate time-wasting, refusal to engage with the session, or any comparable behavior — in the session, in chat, in the booking form, or in any communication around the booking — permits Rikoh.gg to end the session immediately.
A session ended for conduct is forfeited in full. No refund, no partial refund, no credit, no rebooking. The time was reserved and the service was made available; the session ending early because of your behavior does not create a refund right.
Whether behavior crosses the line is determined by Rikoh.gg at its sole and final discretion. One warning may be given as a courtesy but is not required.
Rikoh.gg may decline or cancel any booking before it starts — including based on the content of the booking form or prior interactions — with a full refund. This is the only conduct scenario in which a refund is issued.
Buyers whose sessions are terminated for conduct may be banned from purchasing future coaching, memberships, and stream requests.
Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling
All coaching sales are final at payment. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, buyer cancellations, missed appointments, lateness, schedule conflicts, technical problems on the buyer's side, failure to provide a valid YouTube VOD link, disliking the feedback, or not achieving a hoped-for rank.
Live sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge through the manage-booking link on your dashboard until 24 hours before the session start. A cancellation inside this window still does not create a refund — you receive the cancellation as schedule courtesy only.
Within 24 hours of the session start, no self-serve changes are possible. Emergencies can be emailed to coaching@rikoh.gg; any accommodation offered is a one-time courtesy at Rikoh.gg's sole discretion, not an entitlement.
Each booking includes at most one reschedule. Repeated rescheduling to avoid the 24-hour rule is treated as a no-show.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to a confirmed live session without notice, the session is a no-show: forfeited, paid, and not refunded or rebooked. The coach is not required to extend the session to cover time lost to your late arrival.
Add-ons are final once purchased and follow the same no-refund policy as the base package.
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback for a delivered, forfeited, or conduct-terminated session is a breach of these terms. Rikoh.gg will contest such disputes with booking records, delivery records, and communication logs, and dispute filers are permanently banned from all future purchases.
Memberships and discounts
Premium and Premium+ are recurring memberships that unlock eligible member videos, dashboard account slots, and member perks only while the subscription is active.
Member coaching discounts require an active membership and a signed-in checkout account. They are non-transferable and apply only to eligible coaching products.
Member discounts do not apply retroactively to previous orders, OP.GG stream requests, tips, donations, or add-ons unless a promotion or checkout page explicitly says otherwise.
Membership perks may change as Rikoh.gg adds or retires content, features, and community benefits.
When we cannot deliver
If Rikoh.gg cancels a confirmed live replay review session or cannot provide a purchased coaching service, we may offer a replacement time, store credit, or a refund where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your location.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate Riot ID, region, rank, role, champion pool, focus areas, and any requested coaching context.
For VOD Review, YouTube links are required. POV gameplay is strongly preferred because clicks, camera movement, and decision timing are easier to review.
You are responsible for being available at the confirmed time and for making sure your links, video privacy settings, and contact details work.
Results
Coaching provides analysis, feedback, and recommendations. It does not guarantee rank gains, win rate changes, LP gains, tournament results, or specific gameplay outcomes.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your location.
